URL time out / blocked IP

I am having issues with Rocket. I have two valid donation numbers that have been working very well for almost a year and now neither of them will connect. I have reset IPTV as well as moved equipment around. What does seem to work is to remove the router and let my RPI2 Kodi box obtain its own Public IP. Then the device works fine. Problem is that I need the router for the rest of my network and I only get one Public IP from my provider. What has changed and what do I now need to do to get my services back up and running behind the router. Please advise

You have to force your router to obtain a different WAN IP address. Google might be able to help you with that.

I can can do that. ... I did that and it seemed to work. Is this something that will happen every so often? I have been messing with things all week trying to get this running at my house and just could not figure it out. Thank you for the quick response. your help is very appreciated!!

Probably every so often, I guess. Some ISPs are aggressively blocking IPs that are streaming, or something upstream is. It could even be the servers themselves, if they see 'suspicious' activity from certain IP addresses.
