So can someone advise which way to reset is currently working, tried with email, donation, order ID, no luck. What is the official and operating way to do this now. Thank You.

Hi folks I am having the same problem with my 2 IPTV /IKS valid donations .....Mods is there a fix in the workings for this issue or do I need to get a new donation in order to get this new box up and running for the weekend

Thank You asft The mag 254.... I have 3 valid donations for my FTA I bought my first mag last week and with Rockycats help was able to get it up and running Decided to purchase another did the how to guide from the site But when I go to update and link mac it claims a error and bring me back to a blank page wanting me to re-enter the info..... I am using my email that the purchase was made with and my 12 digit user/pw from my donation (If you need my donation stuff let me know) Thank !!!!!

The Order Number/e-mail requirement only just started two days ago. You probably could have asked for help but now it looks like you might be out of luck. If you got your donation number from a reseller, you could ask that person to obtain the order number. If you had ordered from one of the supported payment portals, and know which e-mail your donation was sent from, you can use that.

thats the problem i only have donation number and i did not active the mac waiting for a m8s android the reseller no idea because i bought a jynbox with 1 year rocket to be honest this does not improve at all the service
