Search for Rockets or NFPS donations requires order number/e-mail

As of today, the Donation Checker on the Papiao site is asking for the Donation Client, the Order ID or the Email Address, plus the Donation in order to check the Donation. I tried to access the site, but I get a message which says: "The information provided is incorrect please try again". I hope that this is rectified. I need to do a reset, but cannot access my donation information.

PS I forgot to include the donation I sent you was for rocket.

I can get in using Order Number and Donation

That will get you in but if that does not work mods can sometimes find orders with a email address.

I was able to get into the rocket checker with an e-mail address. Can anyone else verify?

I am having a similar issue. I sent payment to the hxxp://iptvprivateserver.is on Sunday but I received an error and no order id number. How do I track down my order because my cc shows that it was charged?

Yes I can do that also but if through a reseller that may not work.

Here's the problem I have. I had a catastrophic crash with my old computer and lost everything including my emails. So for me to find my order number isn't going to happen. I have no idea what a "Donation Client" is. So that's a no go. It won't work with my home email addy. I sent my donation in through the main rocket site. I only have about a month left on my donation but it sure would be nice to use it. Can any of the mods help me out?
