    Audio Issues Mag 254

Hi, I have my box and the picture is perfect but I have no sound. I tried all the settings. Reset, shut off ... but nothing. All the channels and movies are there but no sound. Any suggestions on what could I do?
    thanks,
    Maria M

    Are your using HDMI only?

Have your tried the 3.5mm jack to RCA cables?
Have your tried the SPIF port to see if you can get audio that way?
Have you tried a Different HDMI cable?
My software has no bugs it develops random features.
