For anyone not able to connect using 22.iptvrocket.tv, try using the full version:

http://portal1.iptvrocket.tv/stalker_portal/c/index.html

This won't apply for those using IPTV Stalker Plus, or PVR Stalker NFPS or the Rocket version of the STB Emulator.

my one does not work either but its saying mac address 1 2 and 3 invalid im new to this so ihave not had it working at all

Tested using PVR Stalker (built-in) with the same testing rocket, using the "78" prefix, not able to authenticate with the "full" url for the "22" portal.
