can someone help me out. I just purchased a sub got rockets and donation #. I followed steps to configure pvr client in Kodi but can get it to load have completed steps several times each time get authorization failed. I even installed and fresh kodi to see it that would fix it but it didn't. Any help would be appreciated.

A new portal url has been created "22.iptvrocket.tv", which fully expands to "portal1.iptvrocket.tv/stalker_portal/c/index.html".

Looks like I'm not alone with this problem.

Just activated 3(three) new donations in my reseller panel, was assigned new 22.... portal to all of them.
But when I try to use it, keep getting 'Error' when entering login/password, even tried to use the old ( 11...) portal (which still works O.K. with two of my recently activated donations), same problem 'Error' message with these 3 new donation numbers.
Tried everything... checked spelling, checked assigned MACs, rebooted mag 250s many times... still 'Error' pops up every time on login... no matter what?

What is going on, guys... Any solutions to this problem?

If you have an issue with a box with a fixed MAC, with the new portal url, but may have used a previous donation on the box, it may be the issue is the MAC is still associated with the old donation. Even if that's not the case, and you have verified the MAC has been linked to the donation, you will need to email papiao at [email protected].

I am not sure I should start a new thread but I am having issues with this problem as well. I have been assigned the 22.iptvrocket as well. However, none of my Nvidia Shield work with the STB Emulator. Also, have restarted constantly and reset the donation many times. I am really disappointed with Rocket. But does the problem lie with the STB Emulator? How come mag 254 works great but the Nvidia Shield with any STB Emulator doesn't work?!?!

If you use IPTV Stalker for your access, you do need to check the server selection and save it.
