PVR IPTV Simple Client and IPTV Stalker won't load automtatically

Hello, I set up the IPTV simple client and it will load and work fine with 899, unless I close out of kodi and restart. When kodi starts back up, the channels loading sign comes up in thr upper right and the epg updater message in the lower left, but no channels unless I got to IPTV simple client disable and then enable and then go to tv and disable and enable. Then channels load like first time. Can anyone help?

having same problem there's a fix posted somewhere I just was confused about a few things and gave up
