HELP! OTT TV Box S905 4K - missing recovery mode

Hi all,
Play Store in the original firmware did not work so I had to flashed it with another ROM.

Now I cannot not get into the Recovery Mode using the tooth-pick method (>30 sec press). It went straight into the Android main menu. It looks like the box lost this function after I managed to flash it with the Geekbuying firmware for this MXQ Pro box. The box seems to be working OK with a few quirks but it lost the ability to get into the Recovery mode.

Is there a way to restore the Recovery mode?

The original ROM: "ro.build.description=p201-userdebug 5.1.1 MXQ-Pro 20160413 test-keys" and I have not found an old or newer ROM that worked 100% with it

see if you can go into Settings & do a factory reset. it should return the box to factory condition.
