Trying to set up boxes please help!!!!

I've got 5 new codes that have come in and when I try to go and into the login screen on the box I put in the email along with the passcode from papiao.is and it will say the email and passcode and it will then say incorrect. I then tried to go and put the email with papiao.is in with number that I received from the donations and it will say invalid. Then I have put the both the number the same one in the user and passcode and it will then say user name must be an email. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME WHAT I'M DOING WRONG!!!

user and pass is your 12 digit numbers they sent ,did you login tp papiao and enter your mac addy?

Well we go in it will say that the MAC address is already in use. Know when we got these it was under [email protected] but papiao.is will not accept a .net address so we under his gmail.com address and to donate again. We have tried to contact papiao.is but have not heard back from them.
