Go into settings,security check to see if unknow sources is checked.

yes its checked. tried it again earlier still no connecting. configuring is always the main issue for any box to work just right.

Just received my M8S+ yesterday got kodi 16.1 to install ok only issue so far is that I have 3 older HDTV's that when I hook the box to them I get a format not supported message on the. Works ok on my newer Vizo that is not a smart tv. Any suggestions? Thanks Mike

I had to disable "auto detect HDMI" in the android "settings" and set it to 720p manually.
