Yes it's true it is created by them. The new system automatically ejected emulators that attempt to access it even if they use the MAC address of Infomir 00:1A:79:XX:XX:XX

I'm not sure what the issue is here, the software is Open Source as indicated on infomir site.

this does not mean that anyone can use without their permission their MAC address. The quick cash that companies with no history do now of back Inform will be limited.
