Can't change MAC after many times

I go to;

I click on the change MAC which directs me to

Inputting my MAC does nothing

If I then go to the site;
https://iks66.tv/main/login/

It asks for my username and password.
I have tried many combinations but none work.
Almost one week with no progress, any help is appreciated.

I dont really understand what your message means.
But I went to the site which is where I bought the service.

I tried the tab for MAC
I typed in my MAC and it reports MAC is good and ready to join.

A the login page;

It prompts me for username and password.
How can I get those?

I have held my piece since trying to assimilate in this "hobby" via IKS66 but this is nonsense. More than 10-emails to them and a couple of PM's to this site and no real solutions provided to update my MAC from all 00's to an appropriate one has happened. This is just sheer nonsense. I think it would be easier to get into Ft. Knox. I asked for a refund and got the run around. Thought this would be interesting but this is just not worth the headaches. Who ever is in charge, the method to gain access to the site has been overly thought-out and over engineered. A simple user code with a password that expires in x-days or months should work just fine. This should not be "rocket science." Good Bye.

Okay I got it.
Here are the steps I used.

Go to
https://iks66.tv/main/order

Input your order number and email used in the order

Under Search your route input your username and password from the email
Then there should be a pop up asking you to pick the proper pics (4 for me)
Once you do that you will get a panel with your basic account info
At the bottom is a button to change the MAC.
Remember to start the MAC with 00:1A:78. Finish the last with your MAC

Hope it helps someone else. I wasted seven days so far.
