Home screen and Kodi display size perfect but Google Play, browser image too big

I selected my HDMI Output Mode Setting, turned off HDMI auto-detection and my home screen and kodi screen are the proper size. When i look at my email, browser or Google Play the image displayed is too big. I tried adjusting the Diplay position but that made no difference. I have tried different HDMI output mode settings without any success. Can someone point me in the right direction?

When you use the android portion of your box, in the same section of the display settings there is a re-size of your screen, of which on my box I need to set it to 89%. Then you need to go into KODI and use the video calibration to adjust the screen parameters for KODI after the android adjustments.
