iks66 Order cannot assign MAC Address

Good morning,

On the 14th of April I created a test account (1 month) to test the service. My credit card was immediately charged and I received an email soon after.

When I try to add a MAC address I keep getting the following message: "Allow us 24-48 hours to process your order after purchase or check if your credit card was charged."

I have allowed 4 days to pass since the credit card was charged. I have entering both the order number and username; even my email address in a attempt to activate the service. Status of the order is running.

I appreciate any help that anyone can give me.

I even tried logging into the customer portal https://iks66.tv/main/login/ to no avail. I did forgot password too and never received an response.

still can't assign a MAC and I am already half way through the 1 month window

PM rockycat or crazed2.0 with all your info and they will get you going..had same problem and crazed2.0 got it going for me.
