    Nothing rotating, but you may be getting some blocking in your route to the server. You may want to try a vpn to see if you still get connection issues.

    Is portal 2 down? Pvr loads but cannot get channel to work. Windows pc with kodi 16. Any help would be appreciated.

    Portal 2 down again. Running VPN through Tomato no success. This sucks. Not bashing but I am running out of patience.
