authentication error and unkown error after configuring new stalker epg updater

the configuration is right but what i noticed is that on pvr stalker client the local path is different than the download epg path on new stalker epg updater and another thing the epg catch guid on pvr stalker client is not checked blue when using epg stalker updater to configure pvr stalker client what do i have to do any thoughts ?? thanks

By default, the updater service settings are set to NOT configure the PVR Stalker.

If you do allow the updater to configure the PVR, leave the download location alone, and once it configures, select "Local Path" ... if the path that displays ends with "epg_xmltv.epg", you should be good.

@dara so once local path displays ends with epg_xmltv.epg we should be good we shouldnt mess with it? just leave it as is? thanks

thank you dara for the reply but the local path doesn't end with epg-xmltv.epg it ends with xml where can i find the right path or what is the right path for it i keep getting authentication failed error and unknown error could you please show me the thread dara many thanks to you

I made a mistake. The local path in the XMLTV should end with "epg_xmltv.xml". The guide isn't related to your authentication fails though.

In the server address, what are you seeing?

@dara mine is epg_xmltv.xml at the end. so there wont be anymore url?

The url is but a memory. It was discontinued to lessen the burden on the server.
