I get a sign in page on my Mag254 box asking for username and password but don't know how to enter data in these fields as I can't access these fields - no curser. Can somebody please help, thanks.

It is asking for username and password. Remote control does not do anything (no response)

There's a keyboard key on the remote. I don't have a Mag, so I can't remember which key activates it.
