It was a mistake on my part. I never entered that one in my stb, it just appeared

Okay folks, I am back at my daughters' house plug in with ethernet and internet showing on the inner portal. But, I get nothing, when trying to get movie on video club says file missing. Now my question is this and I have asked it before, what kind of download speed do I need to make this work> I am presently withATT DSL 1.75 download speed. Would that be my problem?
