try choosing portal 1 or 2 and click ok..
don't understand why the identical info in both portals, not needed..

No matter which one I click with the exception of embedded comes right back and says the same thing. The embedded goes to inner portal.

I think you are confusing your box with the ident. info in both portals...your modem/router is not getting internet to your box..
did you check the back for both lites on the rj-45 jack??

Yes green and yellow light at back of box. This is my daughters' box. I had no problem with mine but this one is giving me a problem

Would it matter if I started to set up at her house and when she had to leave I brought it to my house to finish it up?

yes, because of diff IP...are you running DHCP or static?

DHCP I had internet at one time at her house but I couldn"t connect. Video said file missing

I'm not able to get to my box right now but I would def get rid of one of your portal settings..you only need our trial in one portal.

I believe you may have to reset your box but before that go to BIOS menu and ensure you're booting to NAND

I am booting to nand. Should I wait until my daughter is home to try to finish it up at her house? And why would I not get anything If I was getting internet. The setup when smooth all the way seemed to do everything right but could not get anything to work.
