Have internet and ethernet

I have the internet and ethernet emblem showing on the embedded portal but cannot get anything to come in,, even the video club doesnt come i , just says no file. Is the system down or did something happen to mine. I was watching movies yesterday on it. It was beautiful. Not a flaw. Just good movie and sound. Felt like I was in the moviehouse. Just great.

I did the reboot and still doesn't come in. The video club says file missing and the regular channels just don't come in. BTW how much download speed do I need?

If you mean update software it has r10 already.

reboot your whole system, modem/router and box...use the reboot in outer portal menu..

Check your internet in Setting-Network should say UP.

Just finished rebooting everything but I am still down. Have to leave to go to work. Be back tomorrow and will try the setting-network-up thing. Thanks guys

After calling me in to work they didn't need me afterall. Here I am. The latest is. I started over from the beginning and went thru the setup again line by line. Evervthing was ok. After I rebooted it came "press menu to load portal " which I did it came up"page loading error, check connection and page url" To the right of that in red letters was internet OFF, ethernet ON, IP, etc. It also listed (on the left side) 3 portals, embedded, http//:1.iptvprivateserver.tv and 1.iptvprivateserver.tv I can't seem to be able to move over to the right maybe turn the internet on. What do I do now?
