Kodi 16 doesn't handle URL forwarding.

If the server is 3.iptvprivateserver.tv then you would use portal3.iptvprivateserver.tv/stalker_portal/c/index.html

If the server is 4.iptvprivateserver.tv then you would use portal4.iptvprivateserver.tv/stalker_portal/c/index.html

If the server is 5.iptvprivateserver.tv then you would use portal5.iptvprivateserver.tv/stalker_portal/c/index.html

so that i know that im understanding this correct. this is what i have(3.iptvprivateserver.tv) so do i use portal 1 still or do i need to put this (portal3.iptvprivateserver.tv/stalker_portal/c/index.html) into portal 3 and set it up like i had it in portal 1 and clear portal 1

The portals in the addon have nothing to do with your server url assignment... you can use the Portal 1 if you wish with the new url. "portal3.iptvprivateserver.tv/stalker_portal/c/index.html" will work with Kodi 15 and 16.
