Cannot change channel while in guide

I am using TVOline v2 while watching tv on tvonline and watching a channel going though a guide you find a different channel you click on it, but it does not change the channel. I will play the same channel you are watching already. Can some one help me with this.

I already done this and was told they cannot help me as it it not their issue. That is why I had to come to the forum for help. this what they have said, "We do not support third party iptv services. We only offer support for the hardware and software of the box."

then hopefully things will get better i know what your talking about try a box reboot they did have update in fact just got a new one now yup that did it for me
