Can we change the mac address. I have a big problem since my provider is no longer in business and my mac is still on iks server. I don't know how I can correct it

Down a week. At wits end. VixoII. build 1.07. Try to change Mac Add to original 00:1A:79 but on check is always :78. Fac res box and when download online tv top rt says 79. Server has lock box and constant enter auth info. Have give up on Kodi which is how this started, thought tv online and kodi were conflicting , saw that no pvr stalker in Kodi unless tv online is loaded. Didn't know I was computer illiterate til Kodi. Please Help

look use the mac address from the box in server setting and then take that and load the mac address from iptvrocket.is or the provide you have now is you want to use another one you must buy one more and run it from kodi with a 78 mac address cant use the same for both

Thanks so much for the reply. I am trying to reset to the original box number but all I get is that mac is in use. My 2 chances gone and mac at all "0"s . Don't know next step , has my mac been hijacked or is it in use to my donation. Still get lock and key with auth query?
