Need Help..Display Only IKSprivateserver

Hi, l,ve tried to read a bit in the forum but did not see any solution regarding my situation
l.ve tried the stalker apps on 2 Andriode tv boxes and both came ithe same result, just displayed in my tv screen IKSprivateseever and would not load the whole Menu from there, so l am just wondering if anyone here knows how to fix this issue, thanks and l appreciate
