    Papioa reset my accounts and i have to change my mac address

    Why was this done and noone informed us? Now I have to change nearly up to 30 mac addresses for people and have them change it . This is very inconvenient service .

    As well too. Since February 1st your guys having bloody issues and no rebates , no days back given. Imagine I bought codes last month and it's now saying I have 255 days remaining . Very unacceptable and they need to answer to this.

    No one here can help a reseller with their donation issues with NFPS. E-mail them, or visit their 'official' support site.

    Well it seems that once you place another mac address and then put back the existing one it's working however this is very inconvenient to be doing this . Get your act together NFPS

    Same here, first I was greeted after 2 days of not using TV with "Auth Failed", then I had to go on a reading spree, then I see my MAC being gone from my account, setting to a same one, causes MAC already exists. This is so unreliable, I will not renew this service, seems like these folks are just scaring away donating customers with constant head wind.

    Guys the answer has already been given to you reach out to Papaio they should be able to correct this issue for you.
    My software has no bugs it develops random features.

    I understand, but is there no such thing as communication? I have to look all over the net to see if their service is down because for whatever reason my stuff stopped working, just by sitting idle. You can't do that **** as it doesn't look professional at all and if you support multiple installations this is a hastle. Sending an email about service disruptions or announcing it here goes a long way.

    Now doing my 10th IPTV reset and Papaio states it reaches the limited per day. Lol. So funny . Worst service ever. I agree. This service when it's over would never be renewed . Imagine all those downtime periods and not even additional days were given. What a service
