Help with my renewal please

I have renewed my iks successfully and and am trying to renew my iptv but am getting "wrong information" When it asks for rocket I put my rocket donation and the iptv mac address. Also tried without the mac address and still get the same "wrong information" What should I do to get it done?

Send me or a staff member your order number....your mac addy and also your donation number and we will look into it.

I think iks and iptv are now a separate donation. One or the other but not both on one donation.
