Server shows connected with padlock...........server locked........working on server

I just tried my AVOV 2 with rocket and it connected but showing a padlock which indicates the server is being worked on. I can only assume work on the servers is ongoing, intermittent and will be until all the bugs have been exterminated. Anyone else having server issues, freezing issues or outages of any kind or is this linked to AVOV Vixo 2 boxes, its software or servers ?

Avov is working , server is working, no issues.
Try connecting thru the Live TV option.

Update, server shows lock off or no lock now, connects fast, channels coming up fast..........it appears repairs have been made, fast, efficient and many thanks.

P.S. Using TvOnline only, not using Kodi 15.2 or anything else.

UPDATE: Server connects fast, channel comes up fast but freezing continues approx every 15 minutes give or take. Exit and reconnect.

You nailed it, I just got a new Asus AC5300 which has a dual wan setup that needed to be configured, ( Old Netgear Nighthawk ). didn't have this and it was the dual wan configuration which was causing the freezing issues so now freezing issues have been limited to an occasional event. Thanks for the replies, much appreciated everyone.

P.S. The dual wan comes with the default setting at single wan, dual wan turned off......note it uses the first two internet ports so those two ports are lost but you gain big time with load balancing and that is where the problem was.....no load balancing with single wan setup.
