Safe to Purchase with Card in Your Name?

I just tried to buy the IKS66 service with a gift card but failed at all three payment portals (the first two said declined and then do not honour). It also says that the visa card must allow international use so that's probably why. The reason why I went with a gift card instead of my bank card is because I saw somewhere how the payment processors can turn your information over to authorities if asked. PayEase and TrustPay are two processors specifically that I found. I'd share the link but links to other forums are not permitted. I will however quote some of the posts that I found. The quote inside of the following quote is someone suggesting that PayEase is the culprit. You all can google the words in the quote if you want to see the originating forum.

It looks like a Chinese payment processor PayEase is providing IKS transaction information to Dish . It is possible that Trustpay is also providing information. These two payment processors have processed practically every online IKS purchase over the past several years. If you purchased IKS codes with your credit card, you can look forward to a $7500 fine (probably the reason they recently raised the fine so they can milk everyone now that they have all the payment records).
    It was PayEase.

that had to be typed out by hand as you can see with the XXXXXX stuff I didnt want any address to be posted

however if you look at the person who got paid, you will see that matches

PURCHASE INTL AUTHORIZED ON XX/XX CHANG KUN XIAMEN CN SXXXXXXXXXX CARD XXXX $XX.XX

    Thats the PayEase payee....

Thats the name that is shown in your debit card online activity.

    Trust me... it was PayEase.

If you want I can post a picture from the bank card online activity.

So has anyone been buying subscriptions with card info in their name and have been fine? If not what types of cards can anyone recommend I use to stay anonymous?

EDIT: I just did an order check and it says wait 24-48 hours to process the order. So did it actually go through but it just says payment failed? I assume transactions to visa gift cards post almost instantly as I see the initial load that I made earlier today.

I've bought three times with my normal debit card and the government haven't come crashing through my door yet.

It won't go through if the gift cards won't accept international purchases.... Look on the back of the card if it says it. If you bought it in the U.S. then it's not going to work

go to your bank and load your payment for your purchase on a pre paid credit card and of course allow enough for processing and exchange rate.

I just used my bank card and it also didn't go through. Then I got a call from a number. I let it ring to voicemail. It is saying they are doing a routine security check. The number is 888-918-7313. Has anyone ever experienced this before?

It's your card company checking to see if your card was stolen... Most CC companies do this if you try and go an international purchase. They are checking to see if you are actually try to make an international purchase...., Google is your friend if you had searched the number you would have known who it was calling

Call your cc company and pre approve it. All should go smoothly after that...

I also saw references to it being a scam while Googling so I thought I'd make sure. But thanks.
