If you check the specs, it shows 4K is included with the video so I can only assume it comes with 4k enabled, no upgrade required. Sorry, I'm not really impressed with the looks of the box but its not a deal breaker but I do hope this new Dreamlink isn't another box linked to Google or its Playstore. I do hope it comes with a loader to load any 3rd party Kitkat 4.4.2 App.

...........With the quad processor and all that ram, lightspeed with plenty of room to load apps and a USB 3.0 for Storage or maybe a USB wifi ?

Wish the Ethernet was gigabit instead of 10/100 only! From hereon, all iptv boxes should be 10/100/1000 standard, don't you guys agree?

To be honest, I really don't use the ethernet port on my AVOV Vixo 2 as it uses the 2.4ghz wifi but I do agree, the 10/100 is old and it should have a least one gig port Originally Posted by reiner87

the big thing is how it will stream 4k so far really the best works for me is download and play on player can you do that on this box play from hard drive or fast usb stick

it should still work on that just want to see if it loads or locks the box nothing to say bad or anything like that just truly would like to know
