Mac Address Already Exists

Is anyone else having this problem or have they had it resolved by papiao? I lost all info on a previous donation with around 6 months left figured hell it's my fault I'll just buy another donation. NOPE I get Mac Address Already Exists when I try and link the mac to my new donation. Have been e-mailing papiao for about 2 weeks now asking to unlink it. Got an e- mail that said "Done" it wasn't after more e-mails to them was asked for a pic of my mag254 tag sent it to them next got an e-mail from them showing my donation info with my mac in it lasted less then 24 hrs. Been e-mailing for about a week just got an e-mail from them telling what donation number to use. IT"S the same one I just bought and guess what? When I go to link my mac to it I still get Mac Address Already Exists.

This is the last e mail I sent am I unclear what I'm asking to be done?

P L E A S E ! ! ! ! unlink my mac the one I'm going to include in a pi from the donation I HAVE NO ACCESS to I need my mac unlinked from the donation I have no access to. This is getting crazy it's been weeks now. The mac for MY Mag254 is 00:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx the donation that it is linked to I DO NOT have access to so I purchased a NEW donation but cant use it because it says Mac Address Already Exists

MAC is already in use then get a new MAC.

Papiao.TV has problem lots of time will not allow to log-in even with a correct username/password. But once you are able to log-in click the link that says "Order Status" to search for your donation #. From the 'Search Your Donation' screen you'll see at the bottom 'IPTV Reset' and 'Change IPTV MAC address buttons. Reset and then enter a new MAC to change MAC address by pressing each of them after getting a new MAC address from this website:

Don't forget to put in your new MAC (only the last six digits needed) and donation # in Stalker Client NFPS configuration settings.

I was wondering how users were able to pick unique mac addresses (apart from guesswork). Thanks for this!

EDIT: Just saw the Sticky with that website. But thanks anyway. Some users (like myself) appreciate being able to find info in more than one location.

Try loging into your account on papiao and use the reset mac button. Make sure your box is off when doing this. Give the process a few minutes to cycle and turn box back on and see what happens.

Mac Address Already Exists do this send a picture of mac address from the avov or mag box with all your info and we will fix it now if you get authorization on box is bad try a ipreset now if that dont work change your mac address if you run stalker or emulator like 00:1A:78:xx:xx:xx change any xx to another number and save and you should be good to go
