Channels will not load.

After many attempts to get the TV channels all I get is:
Authentiction Failed. Retrying
Wait a few seconds and second message: Unnown Error....See log File.

Stalker Client Settings:

16.0 settings are:
Active Portal: 1
Connection Timeout:120
Mac Address: 00:1A:78:xx:xx:xx ( my last 6 for mac ) not xx
Server Address: portal.iptvprivateserver.tv/stalker_portal/c/index.html
Time Zone: Europe/Kiev

Preference: XMLTV Only
Cache Guide Data: On
Cache Time: 12
Scope: Remote Url

Serial:13 # digits letters and numbers with 3 cap
devid id1: 12 digits - letters and numbers

signature: 9 digits - letters

Ya read alot on this issue I have the same issue as well , it's a server issue I saw dara said it may be a pull issue

Got it to work....works outstandingly.
