Authorization Failed

I followed the troubleshooting steps dara suggested.

I am running Kodi 15.0 with Stalker Client NFPS. Was working fine on one Android STB, but it died and I replaced it. On the new box, I set everything up and then got a Device ID mismatch error. After reading here, I did an IPTV reset. After the IPTV reset, I just got "Authorization Failed". It would retry, fail again and then nothing. I disabled TV in the settings, cleared data in the TV settings multiple times. No change. I then changed my mac address (it is in the 00:1A:78:xx:xx:xx range), made sure it was linked on the papio.tv site, did another IPTV reset, entered the new mac address in the Stalker Client NFPS settings, double and triple checked my donation number in the Stalker Client NFPS settings, cleared the data multiple times in the TV settings for Kodi, enabled TV and "Authorization Failed". It retries a second time and then nothing. My donation is active with 171 days left. I only have the Stalker Client NFPS set up on this one box. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Read the sticky at the top of this section of the board. It helped me get up and running after authentication errors.

Increase your connection timeout to max. Kodi16 goes to120 sec.
Kodi 15 only goes to 15 (=60sec)
due to server maint., connection time is longer, causing timeout errors.

Thanks for the responses. I tried the suggestions in the sickies before posting, including setting the timeout to the max.

It was dara's post on that thread that solved my issues. Try that.

Wanted to post an update. I finally got everything working again. Posting the steps I took in case they will help someone else out.
1. Went to papio.tv and did an IPTV reset
2. Cleared data in TV settings in Kodi.
3. Cleared settings in Stalker Client NFPS by clicking on defaults
4. Uninstalled Stalker Client NFPS
5. Restart Kodi
6. Reinstall Stalker Client NFPS
7. Re enter correct settings
-last 3 octets of Valid MAC (showing in the 00:1A:78:xx:xx:xx range in donation checker)
- enter valid donation number
8. Clear TV data again in Kodi Settings
9. Re enable TV

This is what got me going again. Don't know if it will help anyone else out, but I wanted to post just in case.
