14r software needed,,, mag 254 blue screen not loading

good morning,, i need help from everyone pleeese my box doesnt go to the loading screen is ather blue continiously rolling or to the authentication which the loging/password doesnt wk,,pleae help..can someone send me a link to download the r14.. by the way i have the nag 254.. my url is http://iptvprivateserver.tv also tried just iptvrocket.tv and nothing wks.. thank you

Mary i posted on how to do it.
I posted on your thread how to update the mag you have but you never tried it.
On the mag
"Settings" of the internal portal (Autoupdate firmware system)

Open “Settings” of the internal portal;
Choose “Update software now”;
In the opened window “Autoupdate” choose the list of “Available versions” by pressing “OK” - The latest available version is on top of the list;
Choose necessary firmware version;
Move “focus” to “Update” using buttons on RC (up, down, left and right);
Choose “Update” by pressing “ОК” on RC;
Wait untill STB will be updated. Updating process is desplayed as filling of progress-bar and comments. STB will be rebooted automatically after update.

Plus your donation is locked to http://11.iptvrocket.tv/ and thats what you place in the box. Not http://iptvprivateserver.tv

i have done it from the box already, but wanted to try it from the usb.. someone suggested that may wk.. because i have run out of ideas...this is very frustrating... i cant fix this .. ok.. this is what i have done...

i did a factory reset because of these problems... when i do the factory reset go strait to the def. settings if i exit and safe it stays in loading screen for hrs.. so what i have to is chng the boot mode to nand2 and then reboots to the im infomir screen loads to portal the blue candy cane line flashes for a second and then goes to the authentication where none of the login or password wks.. i imput the donation number in both places... so.. this is it.. the url has http://11.iptvrocket.tv/

just notice something.. on the screen software update.. update method ok. the line line down is url: there is highlighted in yellow and it says htpp://mag.informir,com,ua/254/r2/imageupdate

is this supposed to be like this?

did you look in system info to see if the r14 was there ?
Why mess around with the software if it is there already ?

I know I have asked you this , maybe a couple of times now, but do not think you answered this.
I have also shown you how to get the file thru the receiver and also gave you the page here to find the file if you wanted it for USB loading.

Not gonna re-post that info for you and especially not gonna do it on a nother thread. Pretty sure I did that already, twice before
