Placed Order, Paid Through PayEase, Did It Go Through?

so just as the title says.
i just placed an order through isk66.com, paid through payease, gave me a successful confirmation.
the payment is pending on my bank account now but when i was re-directed to the isk66 site i got the following information:

Payment Result: Array
Please try to order again using a different Visa Card or Payment gateway.

does this mean you received successful confirmation or not?
sorry if i'm jumping the gun, i just don't know what a result of "Array" indicates.

I renew my two routes, and it say successful but i never got an email and when i check my credit card account there is no transaction. also i checked my routes and they are still the same, should i try again with a different kind of payment or should i wait...? i remember when i first order it took a couple of minutes to activate my routes, one more thing after i got successful i never copied the transaction number, so i have no transaction number..
