Avov and donation

please help i have a avov with a donation that expired 5 days ago and i do not have the information like the order number or the donation number to to renew the question is if i buy a new donation and go and enter my mac address do you think the system from rocket will come back saying the mac address is already exist and if that is the what will happen what would be the solution please help thanks

this is a good point. And a concern.

I have been doing alot of Order searching and etc last while and that MAC already excists message is a real troublesome issue.
Especially with an avov that has a dedicated MAC addy. What I would try is sent a snapshot of the MAC sticker on the bottom of the box, with new order.
I would also try a new order with iks66.com so you can order one month and then if that works okay, then you can renew (keep that order number next time )

i just found my donation number and checked it and its expired so since i have my donation number any suggestion please help thanks

renew that donation then. That way you should have no issues with the MAC addy. Include the MAC addy to be used in the order too. Ensure it is correct.

i contacted rocket staff and asked them to delete my MAC address and i think its the way to go. i will let you know what happens .
