only caps when activating macs

hi guys ive been trying to activate some macs or update some. it wont let me. I also activated 3 macs before the site went down and now they dont shup with the rest. i tried to link them back and you already know the rest.
I guess theres still some issue with the site. I did some readin before posting and i email papioa some pics with the orignal box and im still waiting to see if they unblocked it. am I goin to get a msg from them.?
anything else i should do. or point me to the right post

I'm in the same position as you I lost all info on original donation so bought a new one get mac already exits when trying to link my mac to the new donation e-mailed them pics of my box and all my info waiting to see what happens.
