I have the same deal with this company. I pre-order my VIVO 2 on January 19 and 3+ month later show up on May 13. i'm
email every 2 weeks and tell me the same story.

Wow, I can't believe you guys are still waiting on your tuners!!!
I was going to order a fuse when they first came out and found out the tuners were not ready so I decided to wait...
That was about 7 months ago.
