hi everybody this is my first post .i am using a fire stick with 7.11.12 emulator would like to know why anytime you reboot the fire stick you have to contact your provider it seems to mi that the fire stick don't memorize the login information .any help will be appreciate

thx for you reply, what is the problem with the emulation works fine but anytime you restart you have to contact provider
