    Warranty issue

Hello I have a avov viox 2 the power led light (blue) went out. I tried to contact the site sponsor that's where I bought it from. It's been more than a week and I still haven't gotten a response. What should I do?

Have the same problem mikey432. The box still works fine without the light on mine anyways. I contacted Avov and tried two different "solutions" they provided. Still have the same problem. I haven't heard back since.

No the LED is not covered under warranty. The unit has to be completely defective with no physical damage.

For the most part yes, I've been in contact with them since then. Just posting back to let other members know the answer to the original question.
