Orders not received or MAC issues -- iptv66, Rocket or NFPS

Hi,I purchased a 1 month trial(new to this IPTV)
I go check on the order status but it says: Order number begin with 6820 or 6821.........Mine starts with 6823
used Trustpay option and this is reply I got when i ordered:

Order ID: 6823***********
Payment Amount: US$ 12
Payment Result: Transaction Approved
You will receive your Routes in 24h or less and you can also check your Order Status HERE

It's been over 24 hours,and this site was down for me most of the day Fri...is this common?? should I be worried?

The same thing happened to me, I purchased 1 route this Thursday and I still haven't received the email and the Friday the forum was offline.*

My order start with 6823 too, so I can't check the order status.

6823 is an authentic iks66 Order prefix, yup
It is fairly new .... and I will update the info post soon.

I think i made a boo boo.

I ordered 1 months sub through http://iptv66.com on thursday.

paid through trustpay, however it came up timed out. I have checked my online banking and the money has been taken from account. I have not received any e-mails.

I do have an order number, would it be possible for someone to check it out for me please.
