I have the same issue aliasvn - did you get yours sorted out. Sent two messages already to Asft trying resolve my subscription. First time - I decided to cancel my "credit charge" with bank <> since the billing cycle was due. Need also to renew my other subscription but I cannot get any password reset confirmation. Mine is due next month already! Help? Love this thing - best TV in the world!

Some of yous have sent me a private message with details and some of yous have gotten things straightened up because of that.
