I left you all the information you asked for privately crazed and stil o hear nothing and now I have a guy emailing me back saying that the order id I gave him doesn't go for their service when it was ordered on their page.

Dikze does not have any info, except his email and an old Order number.

Problem is that the email has a dot included in the email name and the search engines thru iptv66 do not recognize dots or other symbols.
I can search the old order and it does come up, but a search with the email comes up empty, does not even bring up the old order.
This is because the email has that dot and is non-searchable
