Need some assistance, this is actually for "Full" order not received. I purchased 3 routes, using the new payment gateway info but only received 2 routes. Please help.

I order 2 routes 11/26/18 -- worked until a week ago
apparently payments during that time did not go through, so they cancelled those routes -
Now I have no service and
I can not RENEW my ROUTES (much preferred) or order two new ROUTES.
or even Sign In with my Email address. --
How do I get my ROUTES RENEWED? or order new ones?
