help please papiao tv

I have had an account for a long time and it seems to get harder and harder to log in . my password does not work and I try to reset it but nothing gets emailed .and I have an active account . ive never had this problem. can anybody please help

I have not been able to log in to papiao for days now...It no longer recognises any of my order numbers or donations....I know how you feel.
