Donation Checker down???

I am aware of the current issues but every time I use the donation checker I get the "The information provided is incorrect please try again"
This is a new donation last week and once reset worked fine. Worked for a few days and then the issues started. Now i just get an error on log in and cannot reset anything. Any help would be appreciated cause I can't reset if i can't get to the checker. Order checker, when working, says everything is valid. Still have not received a email for the order though.

Make sure you haven't transposed the Order Number and Donation Number when in the checker, and make sure the numbers are correct. It was previously announced that you could use the e-mail address that you had received the donation number as your "order number", but I don't think that works yet.

There site is still not working was trying to check statis of order it gos to the checker but dosent go any where!!

Inputs correct and double checked. What I don't get is the order checker says yes and the donation checker says incorrect info. Just tried again with the same results. Error on authentication and Info provided is incorrect on Donation checker and Order checkers says all info that worked last week for new rocket. If a mod wants to try the #'s feel free to PM
