Unable to Change MAC address

I just got the shield tv, and am trying to set up pvr stalker that comes native on kodi 15.2. I have all the blocks filled out but get "Unable to Load Channels". I have read that to fix this i need to change my mac, however when i try to change it on papiao, the site will not change it. Has anyone seen this issue before? I use to run kodi on the RPI but decided to get the shield for faster load times. Please stalker gods help me!!!

"unable to load channels" is not the error people are getting when they need to change their macs, its "authentication fail" the message your getting i think everyone is getting including myself mine went down yesturday so i know my infomation is ok just keep checking on the section your pvr is from
