MAC change

Im having issues changing my MAC address every time i try to change it it shows me the message MAC changed successfuly, but when i re-enter my donation and route my MAC has not been changed ive tried this numerous times and it always notifies me its changed but it really hasn't.

is anyone else having this issue its really got me stumped

When I try to change the MAC I see

A PHP Error was encountered

When doing an IPTV reset I see


There's an error, You cant reset this MAC
for one of the following reason:
You can't reset a mac without status Running.
You cant reset the same mac more than 3 times on a day.
You can't made more than 15 reset 1 a day.

Any ETA when these issues will be fixed?
Is the support and issues also happening with NFPS & Rocket?

I am unable to get my mag254 working this has been 7days counting and I am unable to add or reset my mac ... I keep getting my mac already exist.

It appears were not alone so we just have to wait and see if they can fix this issue (which is on their end) There isn't much point in trying to change anything until they come out and say that everything is working because as of right now and in the past week or two its been a shit show.
