Same for me, its been 16 days. this sucks. starting to feel like a scam. had to pay other provider to get tv up and running.

I paid for renewal around the 8th Feb and haven't got any e-mail, and i can't get on to view my details or change my MAC (I don't need too though) but my service is still working as normal.
When will i be able to access my details should i want/need to change my MAC??

Had to go elsewhere got served straight away made payment gave them mac on line instantly no messing with routes and downtime, amazing!! still want my three routes for the money I spent lol PM private who are they?
