Same here been 2 weeks and nothing and yes the money came off the credit card

yes it was charged instantly.. also bank called for aprovemenet and ofcourse i aproved. with previous rocket ( charge,call, less than 24 hrs)

I paid renewal and 10 days and still waiting

Same here. I did a renewal but did not receive mail since. My card is charged tho. I have also emailed them, but they still have not gotten back to me. Still waiting.

I have over 25 renewals in couple months and i hope they straighten this out this is ridiculous.
