I made a donation on 2/2 and didn't put the the mac address on the order. My order error out with a 404 error code. I waited a few days for an email but nothing. Even though I didn't have a donation number my card was still charged. So I disputed the charge with my card company and had the charge reversed. A friend of mine got his going so I made three donations using the same email and the boxes worked for a day and cut off. Now I try to log into my account and I get a message saying the information is incorrect for each of my donation numbers. I need to get this straightened out if an administrator would contact me I would appreciate it.

Your recourse is to get information to nfps website through the contact email but you stopped the first one and got shut off.
